Our definition of sustainability

To MedCap, sustainability means responsible business conduct. What we do must be sustainable in the long term.

Code of conduct

Through our Code of Conduct, we have included the principles of the Global Compact in our corporate strategy. As a result, we strive for responsible business practices, and the principles represent one of a number of important parameters applied to potential acquisitions.

MedCap has adopted a number of policies that lay down the guidelines governing how we and our subsidiaries should conduct ourselves responsibly and sustainably as a company, owner and employer.

To MedCap, long-term sustainability means complying with laws and regulations and operating with sound business ethics, integrity and respect. Our policies represent a framework for this.

Nasdaq ESG Transparency Partner

The MedCap share is traded in Nasdaq MidCap segment. Every year we share our ESG data with Nasdaq and are therefore certified as "Nasdaq ESG Transparency Partner”.

Inpac – Winner of "Show the Way 2020"

At Lund-based Inpac, employees from Samhall work side by side with the company's own employees. During the Show the Way (Visa vägen) Gala on 22 November 2021, CEO Henrik Nyberg received the Employer of the Year award. Inpac, which produces and packages probiotic medicines and dietary supplements, employs 20–30 people from Samhall every day. The company has already been recognised for its far-reaching work to make room for people with disabilities in the labour market. Last year, it was awarded the regional Show the Way prize for Employer of the Year in Götaland. Now, also to win the national award in the same category means a lot.
